Pauli Ojala

Programming since he was six years old, Pauli was a core engineer at TinkerCad which was acquired by Autodesk. He then founded Epishow; which was acquired by Vidpresso.

Neonto is his brainchild, the result of decades of programming in dozens of languages.

Antti Sihlman

With 10 years of programming experience, Antti, co-founded one previous startup before joining Neonto as Employee #2.

Antti manages Neonto’s product development and strategic partnerships.

Adam Wasserman

Neonto's most recent addition, Adam has 30 years experience managing software development for large public companies.

He also spent 7 years working with VC’s to help them identify optimal target markets for portfolio companies, and to position them within those markets.


Vincent Guyaux

Chairman of the Board at Neonto and We3.

From 2012 to 2017, Vincent was on the Board of Directors and Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Croesus, a portfolio management software publisher. Prior to that, he was President & CEO of Metafoam, a metal foam manufacturer offering cooling solutions for computers. President & CEO of Imaginum, a fabless chip manufacturer, Co-Founder and President of Embrase Business Consulting, General Manager of Mindready's Embedded Systems Division (TSX: MNY), and Vice-President of Sales and Marketing at Locus Dialog (acquired by InfoSpace, NASDAQ: INSP)

Vincent was trained by the Chasm Institute and MIT Sloan School of Management. Since 2006, he guest-lectures on creating business plans and offers on-going mentoring to McGill University’s MBA students.

Jeff Brody

Jeffrey Brody, also known as Jeff, has been Chief Human Resources Officer at ManTech International Corp., since July 1, 2017.

Jeff previously served as the Vice President of Human Resources for CGI Worldwide. He has rich experience in leading HR functions through nearly 20 acquisitions and/or divestures to improve corporate culture, increase employee engagement, enhance service delivery, and develop world-class leaders.

Jeff was a visiting executive lecturer for 11 years on the topic of post-merger integration at the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business, and has served on the Board of Visitors for the University of Maryland’s online university.

He earned a Juris Doctorate from Concord Law School, Master of Arts in Organizational Development from the University of Maryland-University College and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Relations from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill.

John Buckley

John Buckley retired as Executive Vice President of NAPA Canada on May 1, 2017.

John had a remarkable career with NAPA that lasted 45 years. He joined the organization in 1972, at the age of 18. John’s responsibilities never ceased to grow and he moved his way up in the organization as he consistently delivered outstanding results in every role he played.

During his time with the company, he served in various management positions, including Store Manager, General Manager, Regional Vice President for Canada West and Pacific, and Senior Vice President.
